The Innovalab project was presented at the 5th International Congress on Leadership and Improvement in Education – School, Democracy and Change, held in Porto (Portugal) during during May 27, 28 and 29 (https://www.fpce.up.pt/cilme2024/).
This international forum was an opportunity to share the project and discuss opportunities to improve teacher training at the university.
The aim is to find ways to achieve better learning for students, applying universal design for learning, which will make it possible to offer more adapted training and thus provide a more personalized training that will guarantee the training to ensure the achievement of SDG number 4, a “quality education”.
On the congress it was exposed what the project is about, the main progresses we have made and what we expect to achive once we finish it.
In addition, during these days, educational leadership, institutional management, evaluation, professional communities of practice and many other topics of importance for the improvement of training at all levels of the educational system were addressed.
